Returns and Warranty

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition it was received
  • All accessories must be included
  • The device must not show signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair

Non‑Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software issues caused by user changes
  • Items sold “as‑is” (clearly labeled)

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will issue return instructions
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method
    Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

All devices include a 7‑day functional warranty covering:

  • Hardware defects
  • Performance issues not caused by user damage or shipping

Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Accidental damage
  • Drops, cracks, or liquid exposure
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic wear
  • Software issues caused by user changes
  • Battery degradation over time (normal wear)

  2. Describe the issue and provide photos or video if requested
  3. We will diagnose the issue
  4. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on availability

Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs
